Welcome to Melia Made Co.! By accessing our website or purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them before placing an order.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by Melia Made Co. are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.

Digital files are made available after successful payment through the download link provided at checkout or by email.

2. Personal & Commercial Use

Unless otherwise stated in an individual product listing, purchased designs may be used for:

• Personal projects and gifts.

• Creating physical products such as shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, tumblers, and other merchandise.

• Selling finished physical products made using our designs.

Purchasing a design grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file as permitted above. Ownership and applicable intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, share, redistribute, or give away the original digital files.

• Upload our designs to digital marketplaces for resale.

• Claim our original artwork as your own.

• Modify designs for the purpose of reselling them as digital files.

• Include our digital files in bundles, clipart collections, or other downloadable products.

• Transfer or sublicense your purchased license to another person.

4. Copyright & Trademarks

Original artwork created by Melia Made Co. is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a digital design does not grant ownership of any third-party trademarks, logos, names, or other protected intellectual property that may appear in a design.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally nonrefundable once files have been made available.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for additional details. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

6. File Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased file formats are compatible with their intended software, equipment, and projects.

Colors may vary slightly depending on screens, printers, materials, and production methods.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with download issues or incorrect files.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, engage in fraudulent transactions, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
